Senior Computational Biologist

Mi is a Senior Computational Biologist at CoSyne, responsible for analysing in-house multi-omics data to support therapeutic target prioritisation. She recently completed her PhD in Computational Biology at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, exploring the transcriptional consequences of genetic variations in fetal development and paediatric leukaemia using integrative multi-omics approaches, including single-cell transcriptomics. She has prior experience in biotech start-up, developing computational pipelines to aid the development of novel high-throughput sequencing assays. Mi is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration as a catalyst for innovation, and is committed to advancing translational research to improve patient outcomes.
